Fishing Panama

Daniel on Pacific AJ

Kicking off the month of March  to sport fish with Come Fish Panama we hosted anglers Daniel Ball, Rex Plamann from Illinois, Isaac Meadows from Florida, Kotarski Group from Colorado, Canadian angler Calvan Anderson, Medinger group from Texas & Florida, Jeff Andrews family from Colorado, father and son Jason & Brent Kopka from Wisconsin, Martin Lopez from California, Eric Pinkston group from California, Louis Carnesale group from Nevada, Joel & Diane Simpson from California, Wade Hamlin & Samantha Ellis from Florida, Jaime Guiterrez group from Colombia, and to close out the April month Chris Champagne and Justin Breaxu. Multiple fish were landed during these months.

Water Temprature

The offshore action for the month of March was slow due to the very warm water we encountered at the Hannibal Bank, Isla Montuosa and the Triangle so we focused our attention a little closer to inshore action

on some of the days allowing anglers to get into the bite. A couple of days into April the offshore bite was back in full swing with lots of epic rod bending action the way we know it to be off the Northwestern coast of Panama.

Multiple Fish

Reflecting on these past two months, we noted that our offshore anglers caught Cubera Snappers, Mullet Snappers, Barred Snappers, African Pompano’s, Yellow Snapper, Rainbow Runners, Pacific Sailfish, Needlefish, Bluefin Trevallys, Amberjacks, Jack Crevalles, and Yellowfin Tunas. The inshore action produced Snook, Mangrove Snapper, Black Snapper, Jack Crevally, Roosterfish, and

Our Thanks

We sincerely thank each and every angler for trusting Come Fish Panama with their fishing adventures. Most importantly, we appreciate seeing old friends and making new ones. We are well into the May bite and the action is hot, anglers are bending all sorts of rods with big fish.
